On Aug 22 we all got together at Serious Coffee and met a new hiker - Rodney Mitchell - and old friend of Dave's. Rodney lives on a mountain in Metchosin and certainly is no stranger to hiking up and down. The 3 dogs were there and once coffeed up we drove to the trail head for MT. Wells - and hiked up! Wonderlful weather and great views. After coming down we all went to the Metchosin market - great natural food and we all admired Rodney's zucchini.
